A refusal to submit to a test to indicate the percentage by weight of alcohol in the blood, when requested by a law enforcement officer, or a refusal to furnish or authorize the release of the test results requested by the Administrator, is grounds for denial of an application for a Remote Pilot Certificate with an sUAS Rating for a period of up to 1 year after the date of that refusal; or suspension or revocation of a Remote Pilot Certificate with an sUAS Rating.

Operation of an sUAS is permitted from a moving land or waterborne vehicle over a sparsely populated (or unpopulated) area.

In order for an applicant to declare an sUAS is compliant with the requirements of Part 107 Subpart D for Category 2 or Category 3 operations, an applicant must submit a DOC for acceptance by the FAA in a manner specified by the Administrator

The remote PIC must be able to maneuver the sUAS to avoid a collision and prevent other aircraft from having to take evasive action.

The remote PIC is ultimately responsible for identifying hazards and taking appropriate action (or intervening when another person is manipulating the controls) to ensure the safety of the flight.

The remote pilot application must be submitted to a FSDO, a DPE, an airman certification representative for a pilot school, a CFI, or other person authorized by the Administrator to process the application.

The remote PIC may reduce the intensity of, but may not extinguish, the anti-collision lighting if it would be in the interest of safety to do so.

The sUAS cannot be flown faster than a ground speed of 87 knots (100 mph).

Part 107 addresses sUAS operations of certain civil small unmanned aircraft within the NAS.
