Overview
Welcome to at-drone’s Pilot Ground School, a Virtual Test Prep® Course. This course combines the expertise and experience of at-drone’s industry-leading training materials for a comprehensive aviation ground school program.
at-drone’s Ground School will prepare you for your FAA Knowledge Exam. However, this is not merely rote memorization of the test questions and answers; the ground school promotes true understanding and application of the knowledge needed for the test and at the same time makes you a better, safer, and more knowledgeable pilot.
The best way to complete the Remote Pilot Ground School is simply to work through the course as presented, completing the lessons to 100% in the order given. The course is divided into five lessons covering the required aeronautical knowledge found in the Remote Pilot Airman Certification Standards (FAA-S-ACS-10). Each lessson is comprised of the following modules:
- Objective. Review the lesson objective.
- Read. Read the textbook chapter(s) from The Complete Remote Pilot for a comprehensive lesson on the subject. This is your foundation of the required aeronautical knowledge.
- Watch. Watch the dynamic multimedia presentation from at-drone’s Remote Pilot Virtual Test Prep video series.
- Test Prep Overview. Read the subject synopsis from the Remote Pilot Test Prep.
- Study/Quiz. Test your knowledge using the largest sample of representative FAA test questions from at-drone’s Prepware program. Study mode immediately provides the correct answer and explanation. Score 80% or higher on the quiz to complete the lesson.
After completing all lessons, the course will conclude with two full-length final exams. Upon scoring 80% or better on both tests, you will receive your graduation certificate.
